This medical mission happened last Holy Friday of 2007 in our barrio. Many of the villagers were benefited. Vitamins were given to children free of charge. The doctors also sponsored free circumcision to the little boys, dental and general checkup.
The medical mission was sponsored by the UCCP (United Church of Christ in the Philippines). Indeed, the people of Brgy. Guinabsan are very thankful.

Mindanao: The Philippines' Food Basket

Mindanao is the food basket of the Philippines. Agusan Provinces are not only the major sources of timber but bananas as well. The above photo was at the Nasipit Port that shows few of truckloads of bananas ready for shipment to Manila and the Visayas Islands.
