This is my first time to travel abroad. Anybody here from Brussels? Coz I never know anyone there huhuhhhh.I need your thoughts about the place, the culture, anything....

My brother is in Ryadh too. He works in one of the hospitals there. I wish I can meet Filipinos there in Brussels. But my aunt, she's going to meet me so no worries. She has to fly from London to Brussels.

I was in Antwerp last year - a lovely town . Everyone I met in Belgium was friendly and helpful. Are you going to be living there ?

Hi dear friend! i'l just stay there before December ends. I got a scholarship grant. Its a short term training but good enough having experienced life in Europe. Is it possible to visit Surrey in the UK? Coz my aunt is going to meet me there in Brussels and is planning to take me to her residence even for just a day/s.

Nowhere is too far away from Brussels . It is quite central.Surrey is a short flight away or youmay even go by car and train.
I 'm sure you 'll have a fabulous time. what will you be studying ?

The Programme title is: Scientific and Technological Information Management in Universities and Libraries. Do I still need to get a visa since am carrying Philippine passport? Would it be possible to get in there? Surrey is in the UK and I have to cross-country.

Best turn to the Consular section of Philippine Embassy, agido . They will tell you if you need a visa or not. We are so spoiled here in Europe in that respect. The last time I needed a visa was for the USA , not necessary now.

yupp! I never expect that this opportunity comes.But this is real! I praise God for He's giving this opportunity. I am very glad. I could not imagine I can travel overseas....and am going to Europe and everything is free. It really pays to dream. I should not stop dreaming more. I know there are more avenues of blessings that are yet to come. How exciting!

I haven't been to Brussels, but that is where I am planning on studying abroad in the future. Supposed to be an important city with the EU and NATO headquarters there, plus it is just a train ride away from Amsterdam or Paris.

Belgium is multi lingual, Flemish, French and German are the main languages depending on which part of Belgium you are. There European Parliament is situated in Luxembourg and Brussels and English is widely spoken. Ask Google for Luxembourg or Belgium or European Parliament.
